Require Technical Support Coordinator for TNS Networking
1.Customer directly calls the Coordinator or Sends an E-mail about the new Installations/Projects.
2.Assign engineers to the projects and guide them in Projects
3.Provide Technical help to the Engineers.
4.Supervise and Keep the track of each engineer’s work Performance.
5.Provide services for Warranty & AMC.
6.Project planning and documentation.
7.Monitor and keep track of Projects records.
8.Monitor and manage fund flow for the Projects and installations.
9.Responsible for timely billing of surveys, installations etc.
10.Should be from IT Hardware/Networking Firm only
11.Organize teams for proper execution of the project within the time period.
12.Generate reports as required by Site Coordinator.
13.Should have knowledge on IP Survelliance,Access control,IP Cameras
